This course has been developed for all ACCHO staff. It will help you understand your role before, during and after an emergency, disaster or pandemic. You do not need to be an emergency manager to complete this course. Every staff member has an important role in keeping people safe, supporting community, communicating clearly and helping services continue during difficult situations.
