Microlearning

We offer flexible online microlearning designed to build practical skills without taking people away from work for long periods.

Each course is delivered in short, focused modules that usually take 2 to 4 hours to complete. Learners can work through the content at their own pace, revisit key topics and apply what they learn directly in the workplace.

Our microlearning is designed by Aboriginal health professionals and experienced educators for people working in Aboriginal health and community-controlled settings. The content is practical, culturally relevant and grounded in the realities of the sector.

Microlearning supports ongoing professional development by making training easier to access, easier to complete and easier to use. It is well suited to busy workers, new staff, experienced practitioners and teams that need targeted learning in specific areas.

Build knowledge. Strengthen practice. Support better outcomes for community. If you are interested in finding out more about AH&MRC Training options, follow the link to fill in our Training Expression of Interest Form.
